This position is responsible for the development and growth of Imperial’s Tennis product line and increasing overall sales of those products.
  • Managerial level contribution to overall direction and strategy of Imperial’s tennis product line.
  • Create and implement all sale programs related to developing and growing the tennis market.
  • Responsible for ongoing assessment and communication of competitive landscape in tennis market.
  • Must posses a strong background in sales management including product introduction, promotion, prospecting, system selling, negotiation & national account management.
  • Results-oriented manager with proven skills in strategic planning, team building, sales training and staff development.
  • Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts, particularly achieving genuine sales development.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • Must be willing to travel, including overnight travel.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Some college level coursework completed. Associates Degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven Sales Management experience, preferably within the tennis goods market.
  • Strong understanding of tennis markets.
