This position is responsible for the development and growth of Imperial’s Tennis product line and increasing overall sales of those products.
- Managerial level contribution to overall direction and strategy of Imperial’s tennis product line.
- Create and implement all sale programs related to developing and growing the tennis market.
- Responsible for ongoing assessment and communication of competitive landscape in tennis market.
- Must posses a strong background in sales management including product introduction, promotion, prospecting, system selling, negotiation & national account management.
- Results-oriented manager with proven skills in strategic planning, team building, sales training and staff development.
- Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts, particularly achieving genuine sales development.
- Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Must be willing to travel, including overnight travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Some college level coursework completed. Associates Degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven Sales Management experience, preferably within the tennis goods market.
- Strong understanding of tennis markets.
